Sit-Up (Stability Ball)
Also known as: Sit-Up (Stability Ball).
A full sit-up supported on a stability ball.
How to perform this exercise
- Sit supported on a stability ball with both feet flat and knees bent. Recline until back and pelvis are supported by ball; hands rest lightly beside head without pulling.
- Curl torso upward to a controlled seated position while pelvis remains on ball, then recline slowly to start without excessive spinal arching or moving feet.
