- Open the Vytrix app on your phone
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm your choice
- You will receive a confirmation email
Removal is immediately initiated and completed 90 days fully completed.
Route 2 — Via this web page
Do you no longer have access to the app? Complete the form below. We will send you a confirmation email to verify that you are the owner (anti-abuse), and then start the removal.
Route 3 — By email
Do the above routes not work? Email us directly: privacy@vytrix.app. Subject line "Delete account request" and include the email address you signed up with.
What is being deleted?

What do we legally retain?
Under mandatory law we are obliged to retain a limited set of data:

None health, nutrition, sleep, heart rate or cycle data is still retained after the 90 days deletion period.

What if I still have active subscriptions?
Google Play / App Store / RevenueCat subscriptions: cancel the subscription via the platform where you took it out (Google Play → Subscriptions, App Store → Subscriptions) before you delete your Vytrix account. Otherwise, the subscription will continue because platform billing operates separately from Vytrix.
Temporary deactivation ≠ removal
Vytrix does not offer "temporary deactivation" or "freeze" of accounts. Removal is final. Would you like to return later? Then you must create a new account; previous data is not restored.
Third parties
Wij vragen onze sub-verwerkers (Supabase, Firebase, RevenueCat) om data die zij namens ons verwerkten ook te verwijderen volgens hun eigen DPA-procedures. Volledige sub-processor lijst: vytrix.app/subverwerkers.
