- Open the Vytrix app on your phone
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Deletion starts immediately and is fully completed within 90 days.

No longer have access to the app? Use the form on the Dutch route at /account-verwijderen — the form works the same regardless of language. Or email privacy@vytrix.app.
Route 3 — By email
Email privacy@vytrix.app. Subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address you registered with.
What gets deleted?
All your account, training, nutrition, sleep, body measurements, heart rate, photos (progress, meal, product), menstrual cycle data, social posts/comments/messages, coach-client data, AI Coach conversations, gym links, and all photos in our 7 storage buckets.

What is kept by law?

No health, nutrition, sleep, heart-rate, or cycle data is retained beyond the 90-day deletion window.

What about active subscriptions?
Cancel via Google Play / App Store / RevenueCat before deleting your Vytrix account. Platform billing operates separately from Vytrix.
No temporary deactivation
Vytrix does not offer "temporary deactivation" or "freeze". Deletion is final. If you want to come back later, you'll need to create a new account.
Third parties
We ask our sub-processors (Supabase, Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI) to delete data they processed on our behalf per their DPA procedures. Full sub-processor list: /en/subprocessors.
