What's covered
Our Dutch Terms of Service include the following sections, all of which apply to you regardless of language:

- Social functions and User-Generated Content rules (DSA-compliant moderation, Strike-1/2/3 procedure, appeal mechanism)

- Liability cap (€100 or 12-month-revenue, with mandatory consumer law carve-outs)
- 14-day withdrawal right (CRD)
- EU-wide online cancel button (from 19 June 2026, Directive (EU) 2023/2673)
