Also known as: Alternating Cross Body Crunch (Bodyweight).
Alternating cross-body crunch from a feet-planted bent-knee start: one knee rises toward the opposite shoulder, then that foot returns to the floor.
How to perform this exercise
- Lie on your back with both knees bent and both feet flat, hands lightly beside the head and elbows open.
- Raise the right knee and curl the left shoulder diagonally toward it while the left foot remains planted.
- Return the shoulders and right foot under control to the starting position without pulling the neck.
- Repeat with the left knee and right shoulder, alternating steadily.
