Stability Ball Chest Press (Dumbbell)

A horizontal dumbbell chest press with the upper back on a stability ball.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Rest upper back, shoulders and head on a stable exercise ball with both feet planted wide, knees bent and hips lifted so torso is approximately horizontal. Hold a dumbbell beside each chest side with wrists above bent elbows.
  2. Press both weights above chest while keeping ball and hips steady, then lower through comfortable chest-press range. Keep head supported and use manageable loads.
