Single Arm Landmine Row (Barbell)

Also known as: Single Arm Landmine Row (Barbell).

A single-arm landmine row with the torso parallel to and beside the barbell.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Secure one barbell end in a floor landmine pivot. Stand parallel beside the loaded end in a staggered stance and hinge with a neutral back. Hold the bar near the sleeve with one hand in a neutral grip and rest the free hand on the thigh.
  2. Pull the loaded end toward the same-side hip with the elbow moving behind the torso, then lower until the arm is long. Keep torso square and the far pivot fixed.
