Seated Towel Row (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Seated Towel Row (Bodyweight).

Floor V-seat self-resisted row using a towel around both feet. Knees draw inward while elbows row behind torso.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit on the floor and loop a sturdy towel around both forefeet, holding one end in each hand.
  2. Lean back slightly and lift the feet. Start with legs reaching diagonally forward, knees softly bent and arms long.
  3. Row the elbows backward beside the torso as knees draw inward, applying controlled resistance through the legs and keeping the towel taut.
  4. Reach the arms forward again and extend the legs under control without letting the towel slip off the feet.
