Reverse Grip Push-Up (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Reverse Grip Push-Up (Bodyweight), Reverse Grip Press-Up (Bodyweight).

A push-up with the fingers turned toward the feet.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Start in high plank on palms and toes, hands near lower chest with fingers turned toward feet only as wrist mobility comfortably allows. Body straight and elbows softly extended.
  2. Bend elbows backward beside ribs to lower the chest, then press back to plank while keeping trunk aligned. Use a comfortable wrist range and stop if painful.
