Reverse Grip Chest Supported Row (Dumbbell)

Also known as: Reverse Grip Chest Supported Row (Dumbbell).

A supported dumbbell row with a fixed underhand grip.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie chest-down against an incline bench with both feet stable on the floor. Hold two separate dumbbells below the shoulders with palms facing forward in a supinated grip, arms long and chest continuously supported.
  2. Row both dumbbells toward the lower ribs with elbows moving backward close to the torso. Keep the palms supinated throughout and lower to long arms without lifting the chest.
