Neutral Grip Incline Chest Press (Machine)

Also known as: Neutral Grip Incline Chest Press (Machine).

Incline chest press with inward-facing palms on a lever machine.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Adjust the seat so the neutral handles start beside the upper chest. Keep head, back and pelvis supported by the inclined pad and plant both feet.
  2. Grip with palms facing each other, elbows bent and shoulders down.
  3. Press forward and upward along the machine arc.
  4. Return under control without lifting the back from the pad.
