How to perform this exercise

1. Set the assistance and place knees or feet on the platform while holding the dip handles firmly; more weight means more assistance.
2. Bend the elbows and lower to a comfortable shoulder depth, maintaining stable support and avoiding a rapid drop.
3. Press through the hands until the arms are long without shrugging.
