Lying Leg Raise Hold (Bodyweight)
Also known as: Lying Leg Raise Hold (Bodyweight).
Supine isometric low leg raise held with long legs.
How to perform this exercise
- Lie on your back with head and shoulders resting on the floor, arms beside the body and palms down.
- Raise both nearly straight legs a short distance while keeping the lower back steady against the floor.
- Hold the legs at the same height while breathing normally; choose a height you can maintain without arching the lower back.
- Lower both legs under control when the hold ends.
