High Plank Shoulder Tap (Bodyweight)
Also known as: High Plank Shoulder Tap (Bodyweight).
Alternating opposite-shoulder taps while holding a high plank and keeping the hips steady.
How to perform this exercise
- Start in a high plank with both hands beneath the shoulders and feet slightly apart. Keep head, torso and legs aligned.
- Shift as little as possible and tap the left shoulder with the right hand. Replace the hand beneath the shoulder.
- Tap the right shoulder with the left hand and replace it. Keep the hips as still as possible and breathe steadily.
