High Plank Lateral Toe Taps (Bodyweight)
Also known as: High Plank Lateral Toe Taps (Bodyweight).
High plank with alternating single-foot lateral toe taps while both palms and the other forefoot remain planted.
How to perform this exercise
- Take a high plank with hands beneath shoulders, long arms and feet close together.
- Lift one foot, tap its toes on the floor out to the side and return it. Keep both hands fixed.
- Repeat with the other foot while keeping the hips as steady as possible.
- One left tap plus one right tap counts as one repetition.
