Half Kneeling Single Arm Pulldown (Resistance Band)

Also known as: Half Kneeling Single Arm Pulldown (Resistance Band).

Single-arm lat pulldown from a high anchored resistance band in half-kneeling stance.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Secure the band above head height to a stable anchor. Take a half-kneeling stance with the opposite foot fully planted.
  2. Hold the band in the working hand with that arm long diagonally overhead. Keep the torso steady and rest the free hand on the forward thigh.
  3. Draw the working elbow down toward the side of the torso. Let the arm lengthen again under control without rotating backward.
