Forearm Plank with Leg Lift (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Forearm Plank with Leg Lift (Bodyweight).

A forearm plank in which one straight leg is briefly lifted.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Set up on both forearms with elbows beneath the shoulders and both toes on the floor. Keep the trunk and pelvis aligned, neck neutral and knees long.
  2. Lift the right leg a small distance from the floor without rotating the pelvis or arching the back. Lower the right toes to the same starting point while maintaining the plank. Repeat or switch sides separately.
