Feet Elevated Depth Push-Up (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Feet Elevated Depth Push-Up (Bodyweight), Feet Elevated Depth Press-Up (Bodyweight).

An explosive push-up with elevated feet and the hands moving between the floor and low supports.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Place toes securely on a stable elevated bench and both palms on the floor between two low firm nonslip hand pads, keeping a straight head-to-heel line and elbows long.
  2. Lower the chest with a controlled elbow bend, press explosively to land the hands on the two low pads, then transfer down to the floor with soft elbows and regain the same supported start. Keep the feet on the higher bench throughout.
