Extended Range Single Arm Floor Press (Kettlebell)

Also known as: Extended Range Single Arm Floor Press (Kettlebell).

Single-arm kettlebell floor press from a supported position with the torso turned slightly to one side.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie on the floor partly turned toward the non-working side, with the working-side knee bent across the midline, the other leg long and the free arm extended on the floor. Hold one kettlebell with a normal handle grip at the working-side chest, elbow bent; the bell rests outside the forearm.
  2. Keep the supported, partially turned torso position while pressing the kettlebell upward by extending the working elbow. Lower slowly without rolling the torso back and forth.
