Also known as: Supported Single Arm Bent Over Rear Delt Fly (Cable).

A single-arm reverse fly from a supported bent-over position using a low cable.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand beside a low pulley and hinge at the hips, holding the stationary frame with the free hand. Take the cable handle in the opposite working hand and begin with the long arm hanging across/beneath the torso.
  2. Raise the working upper arm outward in a reverse-fly arc with a softly fixed elbow, then lower across the body without rotating the torso or rowing the elbow backward.
