Supine Single Leg Heel Slide (Bodyweight)
Also known as: Supine Single Leg Heel Slide (Bodyweight).
A gentle single-leg heel slide while lying on the back.
How to perform this exercise
- Lie on the back with the head, trunk and pelvis supported on the floor. Keep both legs long and place one heel on a small slider. Rest the arms comfortably beside the body.
- Slide the working heel slowly toward the hips by bending that knee, keeping the heel in contact with the slider, the pelvis grounded and the other leg long. Slide back to the original straight-leg position; switch sides after the set.
