Standing Supported Single Arm Rear Delt Row (Dumbbell)

Also known as: Standing Supported Single Arm Rear Delt Row (Dumbbell).

A single-arm rear delt row with hand support and both feet on the floor.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with both feet on the floor beside a stable bench, hinge forward and brace the free hand on its pad. Hold one dumbbell with the working arm long beneath the shoulder.
  2. Row the working elbow outward toward shoulder level so the dumbbell approaches the outside of the upper torso, then lower slowly without rotating the body. Keep the supporting knee off the bench.
