Single Arm Reverse Wrist Curl (Dumbbell)

Also known as: Single Arm Reverse Wrist Curl (Dumbbell).

Unilateral palm-down wrist extension with one dumbbell and forearm supported on thigh.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit on a flat bench and support the left forearm lengthwise on the left thigh, with only the wrist and hand extending beyond the front of the knee.
  2. Hold one dumbbell overhand with the palm down and let the hand lower gently.
  3. Extend only the wrist to lift the knuckles and weight, keeping the elbow and entire forearm on the thigh.
  4. Lower the hand under control and switch arms after the set.
