Single Arm Bottoms Up Press (Kettlebell)

Also known as: Single Arm Bottoms Up Press (Kettlebell).

Standing one-arm overhead press with an inverted kettlebell balanced above its handle.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart. Hold a light kettlebell inverted, with its bell above the handle, hand beside the shoulder and forearm upright.
  2. Brace lightly and press upward without leg drive.
  3. Keep the bell balanced above the handle and wrist aligned with the forearm.
  4. Lower to shoulder height and switch arms after the set. Use a load you can hold steadily.
