Lying Towel Biceps Curl (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Lying Towel Biceps Curl (Bodyweight).

Two-leg resisted towel curl from low supine to V-sitting; towel slings distal thighs immediately above knees and both hands grip underhand.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie low on the back with hips and knees bent and both feet off the floor. Sling one sturdy towel around both distal thighs immediately above the knees.
  2. Hold one end in each hand with an underhand grip and relatively long arms, keeping gentle towel tension.
  3. Bend both elbows while raising the torso toward the knees, allowing the legs to resist under control without jerking on the knees.
  4. Reopen the elbows and lower the torso slowly, keeping both feet airborne.
