Also known as: Leg Resisted Concentration Curl (Bodyweight).

Seated biceps curl using a palm-up hand beneath the opposite bent knee; the leg provides resistance.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit on a stable bench or stool with the right foot grounded. Place the right palm under the left knee.
  2. Start with the right arm long between the legs and left foot low near the floor, resting the free left hand beside the seat.
  3. Bend the right elbow to lift the bent left leg, keeping the torso steady and using controlled resistance from the leg.
  4. Lower the leg under control and change sides after the set.
