Kneeling Wrist Flexor Stretch, Fingers Out (Bodyweight)

A kneeling wrist stretch with the fingers pointing outward.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Kneel on the floor with both palms flat ahead of the knees, fingers rotated gently outward toward their respective sides, elbows nearly straight and only a light, comfortable load through the hands.
  2. Keep a light comfortable load through the palms and hold while breathing. Ease out slowly without forceful wrist circles or large rocking movements.
