Kneeling Wrist Flexor Stretch (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Kneeling Wrist Flexor Stretch (Bodyweight).

A kneeling wrist stretch with the fingers pointing toward the knees.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Kneel on all fours, place palms flat with fingers turned back toward the knees and elbows straight but not locked. Keep pressure light.
  2. Gently shift hips back until a mild wrist and inner-forearm stretch is felt. Hold and breathe quietly, then ease forward to release; do not force wrist range.
