Kneeling Wrist Extensor Stretch (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Kneeling Wrist Extensor Stretch (Bodyweight).

A kneeling stretch for the muscles on the back of the forearm.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Kneel with both knees grounded and place the backs of both hands gently on the floor ahead of the knees, palms facing upward and fingers directed toward the knees. Keep elbows comfortably long and support most body weight through the knees.
  2. Hold a mild stretch along the back of the forearms without forcing pressure through the wrists. Breathe quietly; release by unloading the hands before changing position.
