Kneeling Neutral Grip Wrist Curl (Dumbbell)

Also known as: Kneeling Neutral Grip Wrist Curl (Dumbbell).

A small sideways wrist movement with a neutral dumbbell grip and supported forearms.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Kneel beside a flat bench and support both forearms along the pad, hands just beyond its edge with palms facing each other. Hold two very light dumbbells in a thumbs-up neutral grip and start with wrists aligned with the forearms.
  2. Tilt both wrists through a small controlled radial/ulnar-deviation arc and return to neutral, keeping the forearms still and palms facing each other. Do not rotate the forearms or turn it into an elbow hammer curl.
