Glute Bridge with Hip Abduction (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Glute Bridge with Hip Abduction (Bodyweight).

Hip abduction while maintaining an elevated bodyweight glute bridge.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie supine with knees bent and feet hip-width apart on the floor, arms beside the torso.
  2. Raise the pelvis to a comfortable bridge while keeping head and upper back supported. Start with knees above the feet.
  3. Gently move both knees outward and return, keeping hip height steady and maintaining foot contact.
  4. Lower the pelvis under control after the set. No resistance band is required.
