Feet Elevated Pike Push-Up (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Feet Elevated Pike Push-Up (Bodyweight), Feet Elevated Pike Press-Up (Bodyweight).

Pike push-up with both forefeet supported on a sturdy bench and hands on the floor. Hips stay high for a shoulder-focused press.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Place both forefeet on a stable bench and set the hands shoulder-width apart on the floor.
  2. Raise the hips, position the head between the upper arms and start with the elbows nearly straight.
  3. Bend the elbows under control and lower the head toward the floor slightly ahead of the hands. Keep the hips high and feet supported.
  4. Press the floor away and extend the arms to return to the same high starting position.

Tips

  • Use a stable, non-slip bench at a height where you can control the movement.
