Boxer Shuffle (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Boxer Shuffle (Bodyweight).

A light, alternating foot movement with the hands in a boxing guard.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand tall with the feet close to hip width, knees soft and hands held loosely near the chin. Let one foot carry most of the weight while the other heel is light.
  2. Transfer weight rhythmically from foot to foot with small soft bounces, staying upright and keeping the hands in guard.
