Bilateral Triceps Kickback (Dumbbell)

Also known as: Bilateral Triceps Kickback (Dumbbell).

Triceps kickback with both arms moving together while the torso stays hinged forward.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Hold one dumbbell in each hand and hinge forward with softly bent knees.
  2. Position the upper arms beside the torso and bend both elbows about ninety degrees, with forearms pointing down.
  3. Extend both elbows so the dumbbells travel backward. Keep upper arms, shoulders and torso as still as possible.
  4. Bend the elbows slowly back without rowing or swinging the weights.
