Bent Knee Donkey Kick (Bodyweight)

Also known as: Bent Knee Donkey Kick (Bodyweight).

A donkey kick from hands and knees with the working knee bent.

How to perform this exercise

  1. Start on both palms and knees with shoulders above wrists, hips above knees and a neutral trunk. Keep the working knee bent approximately 90 degrees.
  2. Extend the working hip to lift the thigh backward until near torso height while the sole faces upward, then return the knee beneath the hip. Keep the pelvis steady and do not arch for extra height.
