How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, or fill out the form /account-verwijderen. Deletion within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Via your phone settings — App Store: Apple ID → Subscriptions → Vytrix Pro → Cancel. Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions → Vytrix Pro → Cancel. You will retain your Pro access until the end of the current period.

Can I export my workouts and nutrition data?

Yes — send an email to privacy@vytrix.app vanaf je geregistreerde e-mailadres met onderwerp “Data-export verzoek”. Je ontvangt binnen 30 dagen een ZIP met al je gegevens in JSON + CSV formaat. Een ingebouwde Pro-export volgt later.

The app crashes / a feature doesn't work — what now?

Send an email with (1) your phone model + OS version, (2) Vytrix version (see Settings → About), (3) what you did when it went wrong, and (4) a screenshot or screen recording. We typically respond within 2 business days.

How do I connect Apple Health / Google Fit?

Settings → Connections → Apple Health (or Health Connect on Android) → activate. Doesn't it work? Check whether the Vytrix app has the correct permissions in your phone settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Health → Vytrix; Android: Settings → Apps → Vytrix → Permissions).

I forgot my password

Tap op “Wachtwoord vergeten?” in het login-scherm. Geen reset-mail ontvangen binnen 5 minuten? Check je spam-folder, of mail support@vytrix.app with your registered address.

How do I report unwanted behavior in the social feed or chat?

Tap op het ⋯ menu naast een post, comment of chat-bericht → “Rapporteren” of “Gebruiker blokkeren”. Rapportages worden binnen 24 uur beoordeeld. Bij ernstige overtredingen (haat, geweld, illegaal materiaal): mail direct support@vytrix.app with the URL or a screenshot.

Why are calories/strength score slightly different than in my other app?

Vytrix uses its own, transparent calculation (Adaptive TDEE, DOTS score). Read the scientific background /wetenschap.
